Christmas bunnies
I have some new Christmas designs in the store now! Christmas is my favorite time of year, so I am very excited to be able to make some Christmas themed plushies for the store.
Name Contest Winner!
It was a very hard decision, but after much deliberation, I finally have picked a new name for my business. Drum roll please…. the new name is…..Bunnique Plushies! Congrats to Alyssa Mesiger! And since I got so many great suggestions, I’ve decided to also award a bunny to the second runner up, which was “Split Hares” suggested by Matthew Herchenroeder.
Some of my other favorites from the list: Bunny Tales, Buntastic, Harelooms by Stringfellow, Megan’s Warren, Odd Bunnies, Somebunny Special, Strangefellow Bunnies, Twisted Bunny, and Hare-y Decisions. And the ones that made me giggle the most: Hot Plush Buns, and I Can Haz Bunnehs?

New Name Contest
Wow, its been six months since Dead bunny and Ogre bunny made their debut, and I am still amazed with how much people loved them. Daily, I am encouraged by fans and customers. But, for a while, I’ve been dissatisfied with the name “Bunnies Inc” and have decided that it is time for a change.
So, I am having a contest to come up with a new business name for the bunnies. The winner will receive a bunny of his or her choice. So leave comment with your suggestions, or drop an email to akcsgirl@hotmail.com! The deadline for suggestions is November 15, and I will select the winner the following week.

Vampire bunny completed
I had a hour this weekend to finally sit down and work on Vampire bunny, which I’ve been trying to get done for weeks now. I’m thrilled with how he turned out. I love him. Even though he keeps trying to bit me. And the other bunnies are terrified of him. I think I’m going to have to stop keeping all the bunnies together…the zombies and the vampires are getting hungry.

Great trip to fabric store
I took a trip to M&L fabric in Buena Park this weekend. I was on a quest to find more furry fleece that I make grumpy bunny out of. The fabric has been discontinued and I can’t find it any where any more. Sigh. But I found some other neat stuff that I can’t wait to make bunnies out of.
I’m thinking Cow Bunny, complete with udders. Whadaya think?
